Men are Becoming more Feminine

It’s sad, but true, men are becoming more feminine.  I’ve noticed for a few years now, how men today look more like boys; they don’t mature or age the same as they once did.  Sadly, many are even more female than male (too many).  If you watch older movies like from the 60’s and earlier, you will see just what I mean.  Consider James Garner who was born in 1928, and compare him in a 60s movie at age 35 to a man today at 35.  Or look at Clark Gable as a young man.  No comparison.  With few exceptions, men today are a shadow of their former strong, muscular selves, and with a different mindset.

Men had a different status in the home and society as well, before the 70s.  They represented strength and protection.  They were the head of the home; the protector of the family.  They could fix anything from a car to a washing machine, and everything in between.  You could always depend on dad.  And when you did something wrong, he knew it, and took action.

On the weekends fathers were all out mowing lawns, barbecuing in the back yard, throwing horseshoes.  They hunted, fished, hiked, got involved in Boy Scouts.  They were the foundation of the family; the strength.  They were as Nature created them to be.

Today, a lot of men would rather play video games, or watch movies.  For many, their yards and homes take a backseat to a fancy car, truck, or sports.  And sadly enough, their wives dominate them because as the men have been feminized, women have been defeminized.  Everything is backwards now.

There’s a reason for all this.  That reason is social and biological engineering by diabolical geneticists.  The Agenda has been, for decades, to destroy the male (which destroys the family).  It started with the post WWII generation; the Baby Boomers.  But the Baby Boomer males were not as damaged as their sons and grandsons are today.

How is it being done?  By chemicals in the baby formula, food, water, and vaccines.  Soy is  a particularly potent gender bending weapon because it is a phytoestrogen, and because it contains manganese.  Together they break the blood/brain barrier, and destroy the dopamine receptors; bending gender.

It’s taken decades to reduce men to a mere shadow of their former selves.  Most don’t even know it; others are aware, especially when they loose their sex drive and develop erectile dysfunction (ED), or impotence. They then have their testosterone checked and find they are deficient, and are higher in estrogen. That’s why Big Pharma came out in the 90s with Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra; you couldn’t get away from the disgusting TV commercials.   How many wondered what that was all about all of a sudden?

Why has this crime been committed?  Because there cannot be any strong families.  The only allowable strength is within the State; Big Brother, the Pope.  In addition, if men are no longer men, there are less babies (genocide).  Everyone now turns to the State for protection and guidance.

It’s all very diabolical, and a crime against humanity.  The male has taken a beating by wars as well, by killing so many young boys and men before they even had a chance to live as men, marry and have a family.  Think how many of the best and the brightest have been sacrificed to the State (a blood sacrifice).  That’s one of the reasons for war, i.e. a culling of the White male.

So what do we do now?  What’s the answer?  Well, there are bio-identical hormones that are safe and effective in increasing testosterone.  And, it’s not too late for the babies who have not yet been conceived to be protected from Soy and vaccines.  Knowledge is power; fathers and mothers must learn about these Truths in order to save the human species.  It can be done.

Who is to Blame for Homeless Blight and Crime?

The homeless are causing blight and crime across the US.  However, does the blame really belong to them, or somewhere else?

Before you can fix a problem, you first have to identify what the problem is:  To start with, you have to ask Who is the problem?  In this case, is it the HOMELESS (who consume malt liquor that contains manganese that’s turning them into seemingly subhumans), or is it a POLITICAL AGENDA that is to blame?

Then you have to ask What is the problem that’s causing homelessness?  Is it a manufactured, full blown DEPRESSION (which you hear nothing about on the “news”), that is greater than the Great Depression of the 30’s?

Then you have to ask Where is the homeless problem?  Is it mostly in certain cities and towns in California, or is it being seen growing throughout the United States?

The following are answers to those questions:

  • Who is the problem?  The politicians (they make the decisions)
  • What is the problem?  Homelessness because of an economic depression
  • Where is the problem?  Throughout the United States, and the world
  • Why is there a problem?  A political agenda called UN Agenda 21.

You should be able to use your critical thinking skills to connect the dots, and see who the responsible party is.  If you still can’t see it, I’ll tell you:  WORLD GOVERNMENT, run by ruling political psychopaths.

No, it’s not really complicated.  Remember, Everything is Backwards; think how they tell us “war is peace”.  The media tries to pin the problem on The People, when in reality, The People are the victims of a diabolical, tyrannical war against organic life on Planet Earth.

As an example, do you think it was the people of the world who made the decisions to massacre themselves in all the wars since the beginning of time?  At least 108 million people were killed in wars in the twentieth century.  Why would people want to destroy their own world and slaughter themselves?  They wouldn’t, but psychopathic, tyrannical people in power would, and do.

The destruction is done, in part, by a politically philosophy called Fabien Socialism, but it really goes much farther back; that’s another post.  It’s stealth, covert destruction of humanity.  It’s also called “gradualism”, because it happens so slowly, few see or feel it until it’s too late.  And it is guaranteed to work on a society that is unable to critically or logically think; a society dumbed down by compulsory education, media, TV, movies, over medication, poisoned food and water, and psychological warfare.

No one likes homeless people who are multiplying everywhere, bringing blight, filth, and crime.  It lingers and taints the community.   But, WHY is it happening?  Until we stand up and face off with the REAL CULPRITS (our elected servants), who are following a political agenda called UN Agenda 21, the chaos will continue to escalate, taking with it more jobs and pensions, and the quality of life once admired, and held dear by Americans.  Ultimately it will lead to societal chaos, and the total destruction of the United States.

The Virginia Company, United States, and the NWO

virginia colony 3

Contrary to what we have been trained to believe, the United States was not created so The People could be free.  It was, in fact, created by the British Empire in order to establish the New World Order (NWO).  For all intents and purposes, that has been accomplished.  But first we begin with the Virginia Company.

Historically, the Virginia Company of London, was a “joint-stock company chartered by King James I, in 1606”.  Expeditions were arranged by King James to establish a British colony.  The first colony to be established was Virginia .  Captain John Smith, played an important role in the establishment of the Jamestown colony in Virginia. Captain Smith, was a soldier, explorer, colonial governor, admiral of New England, and author.

There were, however, other explorers before the establishment of Virginia. One of the most well known is Sir Walter Raleigh.  In 1587 he explored from North Carolina to present day Florida, and named the region Virginia, after Queen Elizabeth I, otherwise known as “The Virgin Queen”, due to the fact that she never married, and had no children.  Furthermore, Virginia is a feminine given name, and is derived from the Ancient Roman family named Virginius, which is derived from the Latin word Virgo, meaning maiden or virgin.  And so, Sir Walter Raleigh named the colony, after his Virgin Queen.

The colony of Virginia was just the beginning of the creation of what we now call the United States.  The Freemasons also had a big hand in the creation from the beginning.  In fact, almost all of the Founding Fathers were Freemasons, including George Washington.  They were highly educated men of their time; educated in what’s called a Classical Education.  This type of education was not shared with the common man.  Why?  Because a classical education is a higher form of  education, i.e. literature, poetry, drama, philosophy, history, art, and languages.  These aristocratic and royal bloodline men actually didn’t think that the common man was smart enough to learn from classical studies.  Sadly, that’s certainly true by today’s artificially dumbed down society.  Let’s expand that a littler further into the conspiracy realm, and consider that a population of people who could think critically could not be dominated by a few diabolical overlords.

Today, everything needed for the creation of a NWO has been accomplished. The only thing left to do is destroy society and eliminate millions of people in the process;  that’s currently underway with the genocide of Whites in America (currently 60% and dropping); more Whites are dying than are being born.

The fact of the matter is, the curiosity, creativity, and innovative abilities of the White European race that created the civilization we know and enjoy today, are not needed any longer, since all the science and and military might has been created by them.  America, now, is the  goose that laid the golden egg, and is going to the chopping block.

Finally, the following article is a good read, for anyone wanting more information:

The Virginia Company was transformed into the United States corporation during the Revolutionary War by Freemasonic Founding Fathers like George Washington, Alexander Hamilton, John Hancock, and Benjamin Franklin who were working under the Grand Lodge of England.

The Virginia Company was issued by the British royal family from the City of London Corporation for North American settlements. Around 1213 King John surrendered the Kingdom of England to the Holy See under the Golden Bull or Bulla Aurea. In 1215 under direct papal authority King John issued the Magna Carta (Latin for Great Charter) and this officially established the one mile square block called the City of London Corporation as a sovereign entity from England and London.

The Holy See uses Latin for official documents and the Vatican uses Latin as its official language. Novus Ordo Seclorum is Latin and translates to New Order of the Ages and is on the United States Great Seal and United States one dollar bill. Washington DC is located in both Virginia and Maryland.

That is Virgin Mary Land. DC was originally called Rome in 1669 which is stated in the Catholic Encyclopedia. DC is Roman architecture and Capitol Hill is named after Capitoline Hill in Rome. The ancient Roman fasces symbol is all over federal buildings and federal seals. This is all fraudulency…

LECTINS: What’s in your Bread, Pasta, and Chips?

Lectins are a new and important subject for me, thanks to a friend having shared a video about them recently.  Now I want to share what information I have gathered regarding lectins with my readers in order to educated them.  Especially those who are suffering  gut problems when ingesting certain grains and legumes.  This post will focus on grains.

Lectins are a type of protein that can bind to cell membranes.  They are thought to play a role in immune function, cell growth, cell death, and body fat regulation.  They are commonly found in legumes and grains.

Because we don’t digest lectins, our bodies can create antibodies to them.  However, at the same time, our bodies also use lectins for cell to cell adherence, inflammatory modulation and programmed cell death.

Consuming lectins in their raw form can cause flatulence, nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting.   Not a pleasant experience!

This is what is called GI Distress, Leaky Gut, or Wheat Belly.  Whatever you want to call it, it is happening because the intestinal lining of the gut is being damaged.  When our gut rejects the lectins, and expels them in the form of diarrhea, it also expels good things like vitamins and minerals, leaving us vulnerable to a weakened immune system.

Grain, cereal, dairy, legumes, peanuts, and soybean lectins are most commonly associated with reports of digestive complaints.

It’s true, we should be consuming unrefined grains which contain more nutrients. Unfortunately, they also contain lectins.

Modern processing of food such as grains does not include soaking, fermenting, or sprouting them.  WHY?  Because that would cut into PROFIT (more time consuming).

Our ancestors, on the other hand, knew how to grow and prepare grains; they knew from thousands of years of survival experience.  Before the invention of modern agriculture, grains were a minor and seasonal crop, and they knew how to rotate, store, and prepare their grains from one season to the next.  Now, food processors take grains grown by huge agribusiness corporations, into processing plants without the benefit of proper preparation.  The consumer then goes to the store, and buys processed grain products in the form of whole grain pasta, bread, rice, quinoa, kamut, amaranth, oats, barley, spelt, soy, and chips, unknowingly potentially harming themselves.  Even if these products say “USDA ORGANIC”, they still contain lectins, unless they also say “sprouted” or “fermented”.

Lectins and Immune Response

Our immune systems are designed to protect us from “invaders”.  However, our immune systems can only take so much, and wears out, just like anything else.  Because we don’t digest lectins, we often produce antibodies to themAlmost everyone has antibodies to some dietary lectins in their body. We may not know this for some time, until we start showing symptoms of  immune system overload in the form of skin rashes, joint pain, flatulence, nausea, diarrhea, inflammation, vomiting, cancer, diabetes, and Chron’s Disease, etc.  The list goes on and on.

Researchers are also looking at autism as a symptom due to the fact that many children with autism have high rates of leaky gut and other inflammatory GI tract diseases.

Finally, when lectins affect the gut wall, it may also cause a broader immune system response as the body’s defenses move in to attack the invader.  In fact you could be dying without realizing it until it is too late.  Why chance it?  The answer: know what you are eating at all times.  Don’t assume that the FDA is looking out for  you.

The Forgotten Longevity Benefits of Taurine

My readers are going to attain medical information on this blog site that they won’t hear from any medical doctor, and that is one of the main reasons I am doing this blog.  So I hope they will check back from time to time to see what has been added.

Today, I want to write about the amino acid, taurine, which is one of those important bits of medical information.  I actually found out about taurine when researching feeding my furry family raw food.  Specifically my cats.  As it turns out, cats MUST have taurine in their diet.  Without it they risk severe health repercussions, such as blindness and tooth decay, amongst other things.  So processed cat food does contain taurine.

I then took my research one step further to find out if humans need taurine.  What I found out is that humans require this amino acid as well.  So I decided to incorporate it into my diet.  I purchased from “Now”, in the form of pure powder that is vegan, and non-GMO.  I take it every day adding it to my supplement regimen.

The recommended dosage is 500 – 2000 mg per day.  One quarter teaspoon equals 1 gram (1,000 mg).

Finally, the following are important excerpts from Life Extension Magazine to help you in your decision as to whether or not to take taurine; I think you’ll be surprised.

The Japanese have a life expectancy that is among the highest in the world. In fact, Okinawa, Japan’s famous “Island of Longevity,” likely has the world’s highest percentage of people over 100 years old.1

Undoubtedly, there are many factors that play into the life spans of the longest-living populations, but evidence shows that they all have one thing in common: high dietary intake of an amino acid called taurine.2

The connection between taurine and a long life is so strong that researchers have dubbed taurine, “The nutritional factor for the longevity of the Japanese.”3

Taurine promotes cardiovascular health, insulin sensitivity, electrolyte balance, hearing function, and immune modulation. In animal research, taurine protected against heart failure, reducing mortality by nearly 80%.4

Its benefits are so broad and extensive that scientists have described taurine as “a wonder molecule.”5

Taurine is found abundantly in healthy bodies.6 However, certain diets, particularly vegetarian or vegan diets, lack adequate amounts of taurine.7,8 Disease states—including liver, kidney, or heart failure, diabetes, and cancer—can all cause a deficiency in taurine.9-11 And aging bodies often cannot internally produce an optimal amount of taurine, making supplementation vital.12

That’s why those interested in longevity should consider this vital and super low-cost nutrient. In this article, you’ll learn how boosting taurine levels can contribute to better cardiovascular, metabolic, and neurologic health.

Taurine: Bountiful Benefits

  • Taurine is the most abundant amino acid you’ve never heard of; it is found throughout the body, but especially in tissues containing excitable cells, like nerves and heart muscle.
  • Strong epidemiological evidence suggests that certain groups with the longest life spans consume higher amounts of taurine than those of us in the rest of the world.
  • Taurine supplementation can prevent diabetes and obesity in animal models, and can mitigate the effects of both conditions in humans.
  • Taurine supplementation strengthens heart muscle cells, extends their life spans, and protects them from damage, while reducing many of the factors that produce atherosclerosis and its deadly consequences.
  • Taurine protects retinal and inner ear cells from damage, normalizing the flow of calcium ions they require for proper function.
  • Evidence is growing for taurine’s role in preventing epileptic seizures and liver disease, two conditions that can be attributed to toxic effects on delicate tissue.
  • If you are interested in a longer, healthier, and more active life, consider supplementing with taurine.

Do not eat BEAST BURGERS!

Before you eat anything, research what’s in it!

BEAST BURGER Ingredients:

Many oils contain Hexane, which is a chemical solvent that extracts the oils from plants instead of pressing the oils out.  Why use hexane instead?  PROFIT.  Use only cold-pressed oils such as these:

Immune system boosters

There are so many toxic chemicals in our food, that it takes great effort to know what we are eating.  Without knowing what we are eating, we are risking having our minds and bodies destroyed.   The food industry is not interested in health, only in profit.

I have never heard of Hexane before until someone shared The Cornucopia Institute website with me.  What I found out is that Hexane is a solvent made from crude oil, and is found in soybean food products.  The food industry uses Hexane to extract vegetable oil from plant seeds such as canola, soybeans, sunflowers and corn.  That’s because it’s more efficient and less expensive than squeezing the oil out with presses.  Supposedly, Hexane is removed from the oil before bottling, however, there is always some reside left in.

The website also enlightened me on the possibilities of where soybeans come from, i.e. American organic farmers or perhaps China, India, or South America, and just how reliable those “organic” soybeans are.

However, the one important item not mentioned by the Institute was manganese, which is probably more lethal than Hexane, since there is so much of it in soybeans.  Also, they talk about “organic” soy.  Does organic soy still contain the same high levels of manganese as non-organic?  I haven’t found an answer to that yet.

What I found out, also, is that many protein bars such as Clif Bars contain 20 grams of soy protein!  In addition, I found on the Cornucopia website a “Guide to hexane-extracted soy in nutrition bars”, for your review.

The big question that I have is what in the world is a solvent doing in our food?  Another big question is, why is the public not being advised of this?  Well, those are really  redundant questions, of course, because we already know the answer:  PROFIT.

The Cornucopia Institute’s Organic Soy Report and accompanying Scorecard rates companies that market organic soy foods, such as soymilk, tofu and “veggie burgers,” based on ten criteria that are important to organic consumers’ showcasing companies that are truly committed to the spirit and letter of the organic law while exposing those that do not rate highly or were unwilling to share their sourcing and production practices in our survey.

The scorecard sheds light on questions such as:

  • Do the soybeans come from American organic farmers, or are they imported from China, India or South America?
  • Is the company devoted to supporting organic agriculture by sourcing only organic soybeans and marketing only organic products?
  • Does the company use loopholes in the organic standards to source cheaper non-organic ingredients even when organic ones are available?

Part I of the comprehensive report explores the reasons for asking these questions, including why organic consumers should be wary of Chinese imports, given the lax oversight by the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) over organic certifiers working in China.

Part II of the report exposes the “dirty little secret” of the “natural” soy foods industry: the widespread use of hexane in processing. Hexane is strictly prohibited in organic food processing, but is used to make “natural” soy foods and even some that are “made with organic ingredients,” such as Clif Bars®. Hexane is a neurotoxic petrochemical solvent that is listed as a hazardous air pollutant with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Both the report and scorecard highlight the good news in the organic soyfood industry: in every market and product category, there are true heroes, both national and local manufacturers, supplying ethically-produced organic food that are worthy of consumer support.

View Dirty Little Secret in Natural Soyfoods Industry

Hexane is a solvent made from crude oil. In the food industry, Hexane is used to extract the vegetable oil from plant seeds such as canola, soybeans, sunflowers and corn because it is more efficient and less expensive than squeezing out the oil with presses. The Hexane is removed from the oil before it is bottled and sold, but there is always the potential for some Hexane residue to be left in the oil.

Hexane is toxic and exposure to large amounts of it can cause neurological damage. This mostly occurs when workers are exposed to Hexane at oil refineries and other places where Hexane may escape into the air. Current toxicology research focuses on industrial and airborne exposure to Hexane, so it’s not clear how much Hexane exposure from foods would be dangerous.

The EPA has estimated that consuming less than0.06 milligrams Hexane per kilogram of body weight is probably safe. For a 200-pound person (97.7 kilograms), that would be about 5.8 milligrams per day. A typical diet, even one with a lot of Hexane-extracted vegetable oil, would fall very far short of that. For example, the oil in the Swiss study with the most Hexane contained0.13 milligram Hexane per kilogram of oil, so a200-pound person would have to consume over40 gallons of that oil to even come close to5.8 milligrams Hexane.

The FDA hasn’t established a limit on Hexane residues in foods, however it has set limits for residue levels in hops and fish meal protein . Since it isn’t something foods are usually tested for, it’s difficult to know how just how much Hexane might be in any foods you buy. It’s also unknown how much foodborne hexane might cause a problem, although current research indicates it would take magnitudes more Hexane than what is possibly found in the diet.

The FDA does not require foods to be tested for Hexane levels — probably because the chances you’ll experience any meaningful exposure from food is highly unlikely. You’re much more likely to be exposed to Hexane through gasoline fumes, quick-drying glue and cleaning solvents than you are from any amount of foods you eat.

The Cornucopia Institute , an organization formed to support organic and small-farm agriculture, claimed that soy-based foods such as veggie-burgers and certain nutrition bars could potentially be contaminated with Hexane. They based their conclusions partially on a small study in Switzerland that looked at (among other things) Hexane levels in Swiss cooking oils.

None of the oils contained more than0.13 milligrams per kilogram of oil and88 percent contained no traces of Hexane at all. The institute also sent one sample of soy meal and grits to the FDA for testing.

The samples contained residues of Hexane (21 and14 parts per million), that are similar to limits set for hops extracts by the FDA. Since many vegetarian products and nutrition bars use soy protein as an ingredient, the institute fears that non-organic or partially organic brands of these foods might be contaminated with Hexane.

Studies conducted on oils extracted using Hexane demonstrates that all Hexane does not evaporate from the foods before they are consumed; instead some residue is always present as a byproduct in foods. It has been shown that up to0.2 percent of solvent by volume of oil may be present in the oil after it is extracted. A team of scientists in Switzerland demonstrated residues of Hexane in various oils tested for it.

While the oil is extracted using Hexane, the protein and fibre which are separated during the process have also come in contact with Hexane. An independent laboratory which is registered with the FDA and USDA was sent the samples of soy oil, soy meal and soy grits, all extracted using Hexane, by Cornucopia Institute, to test the presence of Hexane residues. It was found that while the oil contained less than10 ppm Hexane residue,21 ppm Hexane was present in soy meal and14 ppm Hexane was found in soy grits. These tests form important evidence that Hexane residues are always present as by products when used in food production.

First, most Hexane exposure comes through the air, however if you wish to eliminate Hexane residues from your diet, you can choose foods that are “100-percent organic” and oils that are expeller-pressed rather than solvent-extracted.

Expeller pressing is not as efficient as Hexane extraction so oils made this way are going to be more expensive. Keep in mind that labels that state the product is made with organic ingredients may still use ingredients that have been exposed to hexane.

Second, Hexane is found to be a highly explosive chemical and has led to death of several workers working in soybean processing plants. Hexane has also been identified by FDA as potential neurotoxin and carcinogen.

Though the dangerous effects of Hexane have been tested on workers, few studies are available which demonstrate the long term effects of consuming Hexane in foods.

However, Hexane is similar to other hydrocarbon solvents such as Benzene which have been shown to cause significant birth defects in human beings including attention deficit disorder, reduced IQ and various learning and memory deficiencies.

Statin Drugs and Dementia

Our brains are 60% fat, with the remaining 40% being cholesterol.  Without enough cholesterol, our brain cells die.  Additionally, 25% of the body’s cholesterol is found in the central nervous system where our neurotransmitters are located; neurotransmitters need cholesterol to communicate.  If your neurotransmitters are not communicating, you’re not thinking.  Sadly, what we are not being told is that it is high total cholesterol that reduces the risk of dementia.

All statin cholesterol lowering drugs can lead to physical and mental problems.  All statin drugs cause  muscle pain and weakness (remember that the heart is a muscle).  This is the reason that some (not all), doctors recommend CoQ10 be taken in conjunction with statins.  So if your doctor prescribes a statin drug, but does not recommend CoQ10 or Ubiquinol, by all means he/she is guilty of medical malpractice.

In addition, some people report depression, anxiety, and memory loss when taking statin drugs.  “People who consume a diet low in fats and especially low in cholesterol are at risk for depression and suicide.”

The connection between statins and memory loss and other side effects is so strong that these medications are now required to carry a warning label on each bottle.

What Is Cholesterol, and Why Do You Need It?

That’s right, you do need cholesterol.

This soft, waxy substance is found not only in your bloodstream, but also in every cell in your body, where it helps to produce cell membranes, hormones, vitamin D and bile acids that help you to digest fat. Cholesterol also helps in the formation of your memories and is vital for neurological function.

Your liver makes about 75 percent of your body’s cholesterol,1 and according to conventional medicine, there are two types:

  1. High-density lipoprotein or HDL: This is the “good” cholesterol that helps keep cholesterol away from your arteries and remove any excess from arterial plaque, which may help to prevent heart disease.
  2. Low-density lipoprotein or LDL: This “bad” cholesterol circulates in your blood and, according to conventional thinking, may build up in your arteries, forming plaque that makes your arteries narrow and less flexible (a condition called atherosclerosis). If a clot forms in one of these narrowed arteries leading to your heart or brain, a heart attack or stroke may result.

Also making up your total cholesterol count are:

  • Triglycerides: Elevated levels of this dangerous fat have been linked to heart disease and diabetes. Triglyceride levels are known to rise from eating too many grains and sugars, being physically inactive, smoking cigarettes, drinking alcohol excessively and being overweight or obese.
  • Lipoprotein (a), or Lp(a): Lp(a) is a substance that is made up of an LDL “bad cholesterol” part plus a protein (apoprotein a). Elevated Lp(a) levels are a very strong risk factor for heart disease. This has been well established, yet very few physicians check for it in their patients.

Understand this:

Your Total Cholesterol Level Is NOT a Great Indicator of Your Heart Disease Risk

If you feel you need to lower your cholesterol level there is a holistic remedy that few people know, and no doctors are talking about.  It’s unfiltered, Apple Cider Vinegar (Braggs is the best).  Take one tsp of apple cider vinegar, one tsp of organic honey, and an 8 oz glass of filtered water.  Drink it every day.  Return to your doctor for a cholesterol screening after six weeks, and see if your cholesterol hasn’t dropped.  It worked for this writer.

Homeless people ‘drinking themselves to death’ with super-strength alcohol containing Manganese

The following article (see below), hits on a huge Truth, although it does not make the manganese connection. The truth is that the homeless we are seeing are drinking cheap liquor. Most likely malt liquor that contains high levels of manganese, and alcohol, which is altering their neurotransmitter, Dopamine. I have wondered for some time why the homeless, who are becoming predominately White, are so mentally impaired, and basically acting animalistic. These are people in their 20’s, 30’s, and 40’s.

As we know, malt liquor is widely sold in minority neighborhoods, especially Black. But it is increasingly being sold in White middle class areas, where the homeless are infiltrating. Malt liquor is the major reason for the violence Blacks inflict upon one another; it’s manganese madness.

Dick Gregory was very outspoken about this.  If you do your research, you will come to understand that Mr. Gregory was correct.

As some of my readers may know, it is not only the malt liquor that contains high levels of manganese, but also ALL soy products, including baby formula (200 times greater manganese than breast milk).

Finally, we must spread the word in order to bring this crime out into the open, and maybe save a good number of people who have not already been mentally damaged by it (manganese).

Homeless people ‘drinking themselves to death’ with super-strength alcohol

Charity calls for higher tax on super-strength lagers and ciders that kill more homeless people than heroin or crack cocaine
Joe Milligan in his room at Thames Reach’s Graham House hostel
o Milligan is slumped across the bare mattress of his single bed, awake but clearly undisturbed by the deafening roar and fumes of four lanes of traffic through the open window of the tiny bedroom. On a low table are an ashtray, cigarettes and a half-drunk can of Skol Super (9% abv) lager; it is early afternoon and he is already on his third can of the day in addition to a large bottle of cider.

“I’m trying to cut down to just six cans a day from seven,” he slurs, barely able to see me because of the cataracts in both eyes, which will eventually lead to complete blindness if he does not have surgery. His last scheduled operation at nearby St Thomas’s hospital did not materialise because he breached the necessary NHS detox programme that was a pre-condition of the medical treatment.

So three weeks ago, Milligan returned here – Graham House Thames Reach hostel in Vauxhall – one of the largest homelessness hostels in London with rooms for 69 “residents” and – currently – seven dogs. Here, Thames Reach – one of the UK’s leading homelessness charities – tries to help Milligan and others like him by giving them a roof over their heads and access to professional help and medical care, which will – in some but not all cases – lead to detoxification and rehabilitation elsewhere.

In the last year, Swain says that at least 17 Thames Reach clients from a variety of projects, including supported housing, died from drinking super-strenth alcohol, although the deaths could arguably have been from other factors as well as excessive drinking. To help address the problem, Thames Reach is about to start research with homelessness charities across England to establish how many deaths are being caused by super-strength alcoholic drinks.

Another significant new trend is that people are dying younger, Swain adds. “We are losing people in their early 40s rather than at 65. But many of them look much older because of the ravages of super-strength alcohol.” Swain has witnessed the emergence of a new group of middle-aged people – the “young olds” – who have developed the health problems more commonly associated with people long past retirement age: poor mobility, memory loss and incontinence. Milligan, for example, looks as though he is in his early 60s but is only 38.

Graham House is a “wet” rather than a “dry” facility, which means that residents are able to drink alcohol here. Many spend most of their time confined to their rooms, which are locked to prevent other residents wandering in. The hostel’s senior practitioner, Sonja Sullivan, explains that the whiff in the corridor outside their rooms is because the residents have become doubly incontinent as a result of their drinking.

Many wander round the communal areas, all with cans in hand, some slumped against the walls in corridors. Their alcohol dependence is so serious that if they were told they could not drink here they would simply leave and head back to their old haunts on the streets. This a place of extremes, where most of the residents have come after becoming homeless as the result of catastrophic personal trauma – prison, offending, abuse and bereavement as well as drug and alcohol addiction.

Paul Cachia, alcohol case worker with the charity Foundation 66, runs tailored sessions at Graham House, warning the residents of the dangers of long-term drinking and helping those who make the crucial decision to accept professional help. “Nearly all my clients here are drinking 200 units of alcohol or more a week,” he explains. “When you compare that with a weekly limit of 14 for women and 21 for men, that means my clients are drinking 10 times over safe limits. You have to be realistic about what they can achieve. For many it is about harm minimisation or reduction, and this is where the problem with super-strength comes in.”

The cheap price is, of course, key to the attraction of the super-strength drinks. As a condition of its licence, the new Emerald supermarket opposite the hostel agreed not to stock alcohol stronger than 6.5% abv, and Swain believes that such community partnerships could be the way forward in encouraging retailers to take the offending super-strength liquors off the shelves. The charity is also backing a recent initiative in which retailers are voluntarily destocking their shelves – the first of its kind in the UK. Ideally, he would like a major supermarket to “take a stand” on the issue.

Accepting that a complete ban of super-strength alcohol may be unrealistic, Thames Reach is calling on the government to increase the tax on the most harmful products, perhaps offset by taxing weaker ones less. It also believes the drinks industry and wholesale companies need to regulate themselves more responsibly – and if they fail, should be regulated by others. Significantly, after a visit to the hostel two years ago, brewery giant Heineken halted the production of its super-strength ciders.

But another problem is when wholesale companies flood inner-city off licences with super-strength ciders such as White Ace. These come in three-litre bottles, containing a massive 22.5 units of alcohol for as little as £3.99, only 17p per unit and less than half of the government’s proposed minimum price of 40p per unit.

Of those persuaded to enter alcohol treatment or switch to weaker brews, some do get their lives back on track. There have been “fantastic” success stories at the hostel, according to Cachia. One female client in her early 40s had been haemorrhaging from the oesophagus in a “life and death situation”, he explained. “She was in intensive care when I assessed her and had only 20% of her liver function – another drink would have killed her,” he said. “She came back to this wet hostel and stayed sober for a year before moving on. I have just given her a reference and she has apparently been accepted to study for a law degree. In the year and a half that I have been here we have had about six people who have gone through treatment and have moved on. That is six lives that have been turned round.”
